Get to know Allison Kilty

The journey to healing can be frightening, but with each step you take and each shadow you embrace, the closer you are to becoming your most authentic self.

As a therapist, I aim to help you create balance in your daily life through mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and energy psychology. I will provide you with a safe space where you can freely discuss life’s worries and challenges while also acquiring knowledge and skills you can incorporate into your healing journey.

Allison is a Licensed Master’s Level Social Worker. She is passionate about helping clients with anxiety and depression by providing them with skills to navigate everyday obstacles and welcome the growing and healing process.
