Why Invest in you?

Therapy is a tool that’s designed to help you let go of what is no longer serving you, clear out past wounds, and become the person you were always meant to be. Maybe for you, that means being happier and healthier. Everyone comes to therapy with different goals and your therapist will help you define them. Therapy can set you up for long-term healing and success. When people choose not to attend therapy because of the cost, it could be because they don’t understand the value of therapy.

When you make an investment – of time, energy or money – you want it to grow and bring greater returns to your life. You want to feel that all your efforts have been worthwhile. It’s the same with therapy. Ultimately, the return on investment is a more conscious you. If you’re someone who considers wealth to be emotional awareness, loving yourself, and a strong support system- therapy will hit all of these points. A majority of people report the ability to cope better with life’s challenges, feeling more internal peace, and having a stronger sense of who you are in the world. That’s some return on your investment.
