For Allison, the healing journey began with her own struggles with anxiety and depression. “I used to be embarrassed that I struggled,” she shares. “Therapists are often expected not to struggle, and for a while, I believed that. But no one is perfect. I realized that my anxiety and depression don’t define me; instead, they have allowed me to better understand what my clients go through.” Allison's vulnerability and willingness to share her personal experience makes her approach to therapy both relatable and compassionate.


In her work, Allison offers a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their worries, fears, and emotions. She believes that healing is not just about addressing pain but also about embracing the growing and healing process. Her ideal clients are adults who are ready to embrace transformation—individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or daily challenges that make it hard to manage emotions and relationships.

Outside of her work, Allison finds solace in writing and connecting with nature. As a poet and photographer, these creative outlets have helped her stay present and continue her spiritual journey. She describes how writing has provided her comfort and healing throughout her life. Whether she's writing poetry or spending time outdoors, these practices have become integral to her well-being.

Allison’s connection to energy psychology has also grown over time. She’s exploring modalities like Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), with a goal of becoming a Reiki Master and incorporating these tools into her therapy practice.
