What is transformation??
a thorough or dramatic change in form or appearance.
a metamorphosis during the life cycle of an animal.
the induced or spontaneous change of one element into another by a nuclear process.
That is what the definition is but hmmm.... what does it mean to you to transform? For me it is a slow progression to the see the many different potentials of ourselves we can be, keep trying on these potentials until one feels right. First we must shift through and shed the versions of ourselves that do not serve us at all. Those voices that say "I can't do this" or " I am not good enough" We need to quiet them down, be friend them and realized those are the parts of us that are scared and unsure about this new you. If you could imagine yourself as the person you always wanted to be what would that be like? Why can't you be that person today?
This is called identifying our "blocks" . Now do you remember as a child you would play pretend? Could you possibly play pretend for one day? Pretend you are that person even with those blocks? The more you play this game of pretend being this person that you feel you want to be but are not yet, the blocks will start to look a little different. The first step towards change, and creating the new you is desire. Who do you desire to be today?
