Stephanie Thibault

As a therapist, I find inspiration in the art of healing. When I'm not guiding others on their journey to well-being, you'll find me embracing the great outdoors and spending time with my family. I am an avid and lifelong runner, and horseback rider. I enjoy skiing down snowy slopes, hiking scenic trails, and kayaking through tranquil waters. I cherish the quiet moments with a good book, finding solace and wisdom between the pages. But my love for adventure is equally matched by a commitment to self-care – a practice that shapes both my personal and professional life. As a firm believer in the power of balance, I draw inspiration from my childhood hero, Wonder Woman, embracing her resilience and compassion.

Get to know Stephanie Thibault

Stephanie is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University. Stephanie has a certified background in alternative healing techniques such as yoga, reiki, meditation, and mindfulness. Stephanie brings a positive and nurturing approach to her counseling style allowing clients to feel safe to explore their struggles. Stephanie helps her clients to identify their worth, cultivate resilience, and develop emotional regulation and a practice of mindfulness. Stephanie utilizes modalities such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support growth and change. She implements a solution-focused and strength based approach to foster positive thinking as well as grounding techniques to help reduce anxiety and simply live in the moment. Stephanie has experience working with First Responders and veterans and the unique challenges they face. As a first responder, she found it so difficult to find professionals that had first-hand experience and understood the high-stress environments that an individual is responding to. She also has experience working with individuals impacted by stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, & life changes. Together we will foster greater self-awareness.
