Using approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, we address depression, identify underlying causes, and develop strategies for emotional resilience.

Employing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and relaxation techniques, we address anxiety symptoms and provide essential coping skills.


Our compassionate team provides a safe space to process grief, utilizing grief-focused therapy and support groups to help individuals navigate the complex emotions associated with loss.

Grief & Loss

For those struggling with PTSD, our trauma-informed therapists employ evidence-based treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help individuals process traumatic experiences and regain a sense of safety and control in their lives.
