What to Expect
We open two enrollment windows each year Fall (September – November) and Spring (January – May) and pause during December and the summer months for rest and continued training. This is our typical schedule, but exact dates may shift based on demand and clinician availability.
At present, these intensives are facilitated exclusively by Samantha Alzate, LCSW, while our other clinicians complete their advanced‑training period. We’ll meet for 90‑minute sessions, one or two times per week, adjusting the rhythm to match your nervous system. These intensives are private‑pay services billed at $300 per 90‑minute session and are not covered by insurance.
Across roughly 12–16 weeks you’ll move through clearly defined milestones:
Weeks 1–2 – Align & Prepare: Clarify your goals, strengthen resources, and ensure a solid sense of safety before deep work begins.
Weeks 3–6 – Reprocess Core Memories: Engage in intensive EMDR and EFT sessions targeting the root experiences that feed anxiety and depression.
Weeks 7–10 – Deepen & Expand: Continue reprocessing while layering in somatic practices and transpersonal rituals to anchor new insights in body and spirit.
Weeks 11–12 – Integrate Gains: Consolidate learning, rehearse your future self, and cement regulation skills.
Weeks 13–16 – Maintain & Transition: Finalize a personalized after‑care toolkit, review progress, and celebrate your graduation from the intensive.
