Join Our Team

At Mindful Transformations, we blend evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic and integrative approaches — including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care — to support meaningful, whole-person healing. Our work is grounded in clinical excellence, authenticity, and long-term sustainability for both clients and clinicians.

We are currently seeking both associate-level and fully licensed clinicians (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) who are looking to grow within a structured, supportive, and highly collaborative group practice environment.

This is more than just a place to see clients. It’s an opportunity to build a fulfilling long-term career with access to ongoing mentorship, advanced clinical modalities, and operational support that allows therapists to focus on providing exceptional care rather than becoming overwhelmed by administrative tasks.

Our ideal candidate:

* Is motivated to build and maintain a consistent caseload of 25+ client sessions per week

* Values accountability, professionalism, and open communication

* Is receptive to feedback and committed to continuous growth

* Has a passion for trauma-informed and integrative therapy approaches

* Wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team

Compensation:

Associate-Level Clinicians:

* Under 25 client sessions/week: $35 per clinical hour

* 25+ client sessions/week: $40 per clinical hour

Fully Licensed Clinicians:

* Under 25 client sessions/week: $50 per clinical hour

* 25+ client sessions/week: $55 per clinical hour

Potential annual earnings range from approximately $52,000–$95,000+ depending on licensure level and caseload consistency.

Benefits Include:

* Paid Time Off (PTO)

* Retirement benefits

* Weekly supervision and consultation support

* CEU stipend ($250/year)

* Bi-weekly administrative stipend

* Health & wellness stipend

* Administrative, scheduling, billing, and credentialing support

* Hybrid work environment designed around flexibility and clinician sustainability

* Opportunities for long-term professional growth within the practice

The ideal candidate is holistically minded, grounded and client-centered, comfortable working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and open to integrative approaches such as psychiatric medication management, ADHD evaluation and treatment, supplements, and other complementary modalities. A collaborative mindset and interest in nervous-system–informed care are essential.

Compensation: Part-time 1099 contractor role with a 70% revenue split.
Benefits: Hybrid work model, built-in referral network, strong administrative support, high clinical autonomy, and a collaborative, supportive practice culture rooted in integrative and nervous-system–informed care.
