Amanda Searle is Mindful Transformations LLC’s Outreach Coordinator. She leads our community outreach efforts by connecting with local schools and colleges, doctors offices, the Department of Corrections, and other community partners to spread the word about Mindful and expand access to our services. You will also find her attending networking events and building relationships that help clients get connected to the right support.
Amanda believes that reaching out for support is a courageous act, and she is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the challenges of life with empathy and understanding. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to fostering healing and growth in those she works with. Her passion for mental health stems from a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients, helping them find peace and balance.

Drawing from her background as a veteran, Amanda has a unique perspective on the challenges faced by those who serve, and she is particularly attuned to the needs of veterans. Amanda specializes in perinatal therapy, offering compassionate support to individuals navigating the emotional and mental health challenges surrounding pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. She provides a safe, understanding space to address concerns like mood changes, bonding, birth trauma, and adjustment to new roles. Drawing from her background as a veteran, Amanda has a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological demands placed on those who serve in high stress, service driven roles. She provides specialized support for first responders, veterans, and individuals working in corrections, including police officers, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, and correctional staff.
Amanda recognizes the unique culture of these professions, including exposure to trauma, chronic stress, burnout, moral injury, and the pressure to remain resilient at all costs. Her approach offers a confidential, nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with a sense of balance and well being.
