Trauma-Informed Therapy for Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Trauma, and Relationship Challenges

Therapy is a collaborative process. Meaningful change happens when you feel supported, understood, and empowered to take an active role in your healing. I am passionate about helping clients discover practical solutions, build confidence, and create meaningful changes that allow them to feel more like themselves.

Throughout my career, I have worked in many different roles, but individual therapy is where I feel most connected and fulfilled. I have experience supporting survivors of trauma, as well as individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, relationship conflict, and overwhelming life experiences.

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and individualized. I meet you where you are and work at a pace that helps you feel comfortable, respected, and in control of your treatment. I strive to create an open, judgment-free environment where conversations feel natural—even when we are working through painful or difficult experiences.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic techniques. By exploring the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical responses, we can develop healthier coping strategies and support healing for both your mind and body.

Therapy does not have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. Together, we can make sense of what you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and help you move forward with greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional balance.

If your symptoms have made it difficult to feel like yourself, or you are looking for a safe and supportive space to process life’s challenges, I would be honored to support you. Reach out today to begin your journey toward healing and a healthier, more grounded version of yourself.
