Confidence, Connection & Coping Tools for Middle School

Middle school is a big transition. This 4-week summer group is the perfect way to help your daughter build self-esteem, strengthen friendships, and learn tools to manage stress—just in time for the new school year.
What We’ll Cover:
- Who Am I? | Self-concept & strengths through creative self-expression
- Confidence & Self-Talk | Affirmation work & bracelet-making
- Values & Boundaries | Group discussion & journaling
- Vision & Self-Care | Goal-setting & personalized self-care planning
Each session includes interactive activities, guided reflection, and group bonding—designed specifically for girls entering grades 6–8.
Led by Lauryn Wille, LCSW
Lauryn is a licensed therapist passionate about helping girls navigate life with confidence and authenticity. With a warm, supportive approach, she blends mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed care to create a safe space for self-discovery and empowerment.
