Focused, transformative healing within one season. Our 3–4‑month EMDR & Transpersonal Psychology Intensives combine evidence‑based trauma techniques with soulful, future‑focused work—so you can move beyond anxiety, depression, and lingering wounds without spending years in weekly therapy.
EMDR & Transpersonal Psychology Therapy Intensives
Why Choose an Intensive?
An intensive offers you the chance to go deeper, faster. Unlike weekly therapy, which can sometimes feel limited by time, a half-day intensive provides extended space to focus, process, and integrate without interruption. This can help you move through stuck points more quickly and experience meaningful shifts in a shorter period of time.
It’s important to know that intensives are a supplement to therapy, not a replacement. They are designed to support and enhance your healing journey, whether you’re already working with a therapist or seeking a boost to your current growth.
Why Combine EMDR & Transpersonal Psychology?
EMDR targets the brain’s memory network, using bilateral stimulation to unlock and reprocess distressing experiences. Transpersonal psychology widens the lens—integrating spirituality, purpose, and mind–body wisdom. Together, they:
Resolve stuck memories and rewrite limiting core beliefs.
Pair science‑backed trauma relief with soul‑aligned growth.
Produce faster, more sustainable change than either approach alone.
Healing Methods We Blend
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) — gentle bilateral eye movements or tapping to re‑file distressing memories.
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) — attachment‑based work to transform painful emotional patterns.
Mindfulness & Transpersonal Psychology Practices — breathwork, visualization, ritual, and future‑self work to anchor insights in the body and spirit.
Somatic & Movement Integration — light stretching or therapist‑guided tapping to keep you grounded and present.

Pathways of intensives
Deep, structured support using EMDR, somatic regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, and transpersonal practices.
We always begin with a free 15-minute consult to understand your goals and recommend the best fit.
Your journey begins with a 2-hour intake session. During this time, we’ll explore your history, clarify your goals, and practice grounding tools (like the Safe/Calm Place and Container exercises) so you feel resourced and ready. This intake session is also where we map out your personalized plan for the intensive process.
From there, we move into half-day intensive sessions (4 hours each). These extended sessions allow us to go much deeper than traditional therapy, giving your brain and body the time it needs to fully process and integrate the work.
Together, we’ll decide how many half-day intensives are right for you. Some people find that one or two sessions are enough to create meaningful change, while others choose to schedule multiple intensives over time to continue the work at a pace that feels right.

Accelerated Healing in Real Time:
How Intensives Accelerate Healing
A half-day intensive gives you uninterrupted time to focus on one meaningful target with EMDR, somatic regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, and transpersonal practices. The depth and continuity of a 4-hour container often create momentum that’s harder to achieve in a standard 50–60 minute session.
Why they work
-
Unbroken focus: Fewer stop-and-start transitions means we can enter, work, and integrate without rushing.
-
State-based learning: Extended regulation and bilateral stimulation (EMDR) support the nervous system to process more fully.
-
Targeted depth: We choose one priority (belief, memory, pattern) and stay with it, layer by layer.
-
Built-in integration: You leave with a written 30-day plan so gains translate into daily life.
What this can feel like
-
A new embodiment: more grounded, present, and in your body.
-
Being your true self: clearer alignment with who you are and what matters.
-
Felt worth: a steadier, self-sourced sense of value.
Add-On, Not a Replacement
Intensives are not a substitute for ongoing therapy. They’re an adjunct—a focused boost that can help you move past a plateau or prepare for a transition.
-
Alongside your therapist: You can continue with your current therapist; with your permission, we can collaborate for continuity of care.
-
Use cases: when you feel stuck, want concentrated time for a specific issue, or want to accelerate work between regular sessions.
-
Scope: We address a defined goal within a clear start-to-finish container, then hand you back a plan for ongoing care.
Good Fit vs. Not Right Now
A good fit if you:
-
Have a specific target you’re ready to work on
-
Can tolerate gentle depth work with support
-
Want a clear plan to carry forward
Not a fit right now if you:
-
Are in acute crisis or need higher-level stabilization
-
Lack basic safety or supports
-
Need comprehensive, ongoing treatment rather than a focused boost
-
EMDR is used when appropriate for your goals and readiness. If it isn’t the right tool, we’ll adjust with other transpersonal and somatic methods. Intensives are not a crisis service. For urgent support in the U.S., dial 988.
