Amanda brings a steady, compassionate presence to her work, supporting individuals as the move through healing, change, and self-discovery. She understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and she honors that step by creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Amanda’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and empowered to explore their inner world.
With over 15 years of experience across outpatient, in-home, intensive outpatient, residential, and private practice settings, Amanda offers a depth of perspective that allows her to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. She works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, and substance use.
Amanda’s approach is thoughtful and integrative, drawing from modalities such as DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, she tailors her work to each individual—helping clients build practical skills while also exploring the deeper emotional patterns and experiences that shape their lives.
She places a strong emphasis on emotional awareness, self-compassion, and understanding the “why” behind behaviors and reactions. Amanda believes that when clients can gently connect with their experiences—rather than avoid or judge them—they create space for lasting change.
At the core of her work is a collaborative relationship. Amanda walks alongside her clients, helping them navigate difficult emotions, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and purpose. She views therapy not just as a place for problem-solving, but as a space for deeper understanding and meaningful transformation.
Amanda brings a grounded, intuitive energy into the therapy space, balancing practical tools with a deep respect for each client’s unique process.
