Mindful Supervisors

At Mindful Transformations, we are deeply committed to clinical growth, education, and high-quality care. As part of that commitment, some of our therapists are under clinical supervision—a collaborative and supportive process where they meet weekly with an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to review cases, strengthen their skills, and ensure the best outcomes for their clients.

Supervision is a cornerstone of professional development in the mental health field. It provides therapists with guidance, mentorship, and a space to reflect and refine their clinical work. Our supervisors also review and sign clinical notes, which means their names may appear on your insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).

We take great pride in the quality of supervision offered at Mindful Transformations. Many of our own therapists grow into supervisory roles within our practice, and when needed, we also collaborate with external supervisors who bring specialized expertise to enrich our team’s learning and client care.

Empowering Growth Through Connection

At Mindful Transformations, we believe learning never stops. Our supervision model reflects the heart of our community—collaborative, supportive, and rooted in growth. We value both our internal supervisors and trusted outside professionals with specialized expertise, ensuring therapists receive the guidance they need at every stage. By fostering connection and continuous learning, we help our team—and our clients—thrive.
